CC&R Department

 Spring is coming!

We would like to wish you all a great upcoming Spring season. Please stay safe and be responsible.

We want to remind you that all those toys will still need to be stored properly when taking them in and out for your activities. Most of your CC&Rs require “Any and All trailered” items be stored off site or behind the fence line where it is not visible to any roadways. You may have those trailers out for staging before and after a trip, but they need to be put away if out longer than your CC&Rs allow. If items will be out longer than two days, feel free to email us and let us know how long the trailer will be out. You can email us at

You may have projects or improvements on your property when the weather is good. Our new Fence Guidelines are online now. Please contact our Architectural Review department for all exterior projects and schedule a review. We will help you out and make sure that that beautiful new project is not in violation. An unapproved project may be subject to removal if not within your CC&R allowances.

We look forward to a great Spring season and we appreciate your help in keeping Cameron Park a special place to live!
