Temporary Teleconference Meeting Protocols

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and shelter in place orders, effective April 2, 2020 the Cameron Park Community Services District will be holding all Board of Directors Meetings remotely. To view these protocols, please click on the following link: CPCSD Teleconference Meeting Protocols 4.2.20

The public is invited to attend board meetings, typically held the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., at the Cameron Park Community Services District, at 2502 Country Club Drive. Special meetings may be added as needed and the dates/times may vary.

An AGENDA in FINAL FORM is located in the Reception area in the District Office and on the District’s website at  Sessions of the Board of Directors may be recorded and members of the audience are asked to give their name and address before addressing the Board.

Any written document that relates to an agenda item for an open session of a regular meeting of the Board of Directors which is distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting, is available for public inspection at the same time the writing is distributed to the members of the Board of Directors. Such written documents will be made available at the District Office and on the District website.

The Cameron Park Community Services District (CPCSD) is committed to ensuring that all persons are provided the resources to participate in its public meetings.  For the public’s information, we are now taking email requests for future notification of Community Services District meetings.  Please contact the District office at 530-677-2231 or if you require public documents in alternate formats or accommodation during public meetings.

Strategic Plan Community Survey for Cameron Park Community Services District

The Cameron Park Community Services District is a local government entity that is responsible for Fire & Emergency Services at Fire Stations 88 and 89, 143 acres of community and neighborhood parks, Cameron Park Community Center, recreation programming, waste collection & recycling, 20 neighborhood lighting and landscape districts and CC&R Compliance.

We are in the beginning stages of developing a Strategic Plan that will include a clear mission and move a deliberate vision forward for staff and the Board of Directors to work within for the next five years. This survey is to help us learn what the community and stakeholders value.
