What is Covenants-Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs)?

CC&Rs are set of rules designed to protect the enjoyment and value of your property and your neighbors property. These restrictions were placed on your property and filed with El Dorado County, made a condition of the purchase of your lot by the original developer.

These restrictions are passed on to any new home owner or property owner because they are attached to the property deed.

Cameron Park Community Services District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
