What are Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)?

CC&Rs are a set of rules designed to protect the enjoyment and value of your property and your neighbors' property. These restrictions were placed on your property, filed with El Dorado County, and made a condition of the purchase of your lot by the original developer.

These restrictions are passed on to any new homeowner or property owner because they are attached to the property deed.
