📣 New BOOK OF FEES!

The Cameron Park CSD Board of Directors APPROVED these at the December 17th, 2025, meeting, which took effect on 2/15/2026. These will be posted to the website in the Financial Information and Reports section in the coming weeks.

Hello Cameron Park!

March has arrived, bringing with it longer days, fresh energy, and a season of new opportunities to connect and stay active in our community. As winter begins to give way to spring, Cameron Park continues to offer meaningful ways for residents to get involved, try something new, and enjoy time together.

Our 2026 Spring/Summer Activity Guide is available in its full digital format and is your go-to resource for programs designed to keep everyone moving and engaged. New activities and updates are added regularly, so checking in often is always a great way to keep your schedule as active as you are.

What’s Next?
With warmer weather and brighter evenings ahead, the upcoming season is shaping up to be full of recreation, special events, and the return of many community favorites.

Don’t forget that March also means time change. The first change of time in 2026  will be on Sunday, March 8th.

March Highlights:

New Registration Program:

  • Big news is on the way! This March, we’re making the move to a brand-new program registration platform designed to make signing up for your favorite activities faster, easier, and more user-friendly than ever. Keep your eyes on your inbox and your ears open; more details, helpful how-to information, and direct registration links will be coming soon.
  • To help ensure a smooth transition, a small number of programs will temporarily continue to use the previous registration system, including the remainder of the 2025–2026 Futsal season. When the new system launches, some participants will need to create a quick online account before registering, and we’ll provide clear step-by-step guidance along the way. This short overlap will allow us to move carefully and thoughtfully into what will ultimately be a more efficient, streamlined registration experience for everyone. We can’t wait for you to see what’s ahead!

Event:

  • Spring fun is right around the corner! Our annual Egg-streme Egg Hunt is hopping back into Cameron Park, bringing families together for a morning filled with treats, laughter, and plenty of photo-worthy moments. Be sure to watch for registration details and event times so you don’t miss this egg-stra special tradition.

Youth Camp:

  • Looking for something exciting for the kids during school break? Spring Camp is also on the way! Packed with games, crafts, outdoor play, and themed activities, it’s the perfect way to keep campers active, social, and smiling while making new friends and lasting memories.
Get Involved:
Interested in making a positive impact? The Cameron Park VIP (Volunteers in Support Program) continues to welcome new volunteers. Your time and energy help make the programs and events that bring our community together possible.

For the most current information on programs, events, and registration, visit cameronpark.org and stay connected to everything happening now—and what’s just ahead.

Here’s to a vibrant and engaging March filled with community spirit, fresh beginnings, and a little extra sunshine along the way. 🌷

CC&R and ARC News

March Brings Spring!

Spring is in the air, Cameron Park. We hope everyone is ready for the new season.

Many of us are already thinking and planning adventures and home projects. Please remember the following:

Recreational & Trailered Items:

Planning a boat or recreational trailer trip? Make sure your trailered items are not blocking streets, neighbors’ driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, etc. We also need to be aware that we can stage our trailered vehicles for 48 hours in most neighborhoods before and after a trip. Please do not exceed these allowances. Residents can complete online complaints that are filed with a property address, which will trigger an investigation. These violations stay on your file for as long as you own your home. You can avoid these complaints. When you’re done staging, return your trailered items to your storage area. All trailered items, including cargo trailers, must be stored per your CC&Rs. Your CC&Rs are available on our website.

Architectural Review (ARC):

If you are planning on building storage, adjusting fence lines, or installing a structure like a shed, gazebo, or outdoor kitchen, you need to apply for ARC approval. All exterior improvements or changes to your existing structures require this approval. If you complete a project without ARC approval, you may receive a complaint or violation to correct the project or get your approval at double the review fee. Both will be costly and could result in additional penalties. Applications for your new project are on our website.

ARC & CC&R Committee Volunteers:

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Committee (CC&R) have 1 opening on each committee. If you would like to serve your community on a regular committee, please check out our website. The volunteer section will provide guidance on how to get involved and apply.
