Happy February!

We hope everyone enjoyed a great holiday season!

Our annual leaf fall is complete. This season’s weather created a large leaf fall within about a 4-week period, which caused blockages in our watersheds, culverts, and roadside drainage. Residents worked hard on keeping their trenches and drainage systems clear to minimize damage during our heavy rains. The CSD does not manage each property. The responsibility of keeping the property's drainage from clogging falls to each homeowner. This is a basic owner maintenance responsibility.

The CC&R staff thanks our community for doing such a good job of clearing up their Lots of seasonal downed leaves.

Architectural Review Committee Fee Increase:

The Cameron Park CSD book of fees is complete and takes effect on 2/15/2026. This book of fees includes all fees related to Cameron Park CSD. All the fees are now in one document and will be updated annually. This book of fees is available on the district website.

The ARC fees are included in this document. The ARC fees have been adjusted and are listed on the ARC Application.

Please make sure to download the new ARC application for all your exterior improvements on your Lot. The application is a document that you can download and complete on your computer to submit your projects through email.

ARC & CC&R Committee Volunteers:

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Committee (CC&R) have 1 opening on each committee. If you would like to serve your community on a regular committee, please check out our website. The volunteer section on the Cameron Park website will provide guidance on how to get involved and apply.

Recreational & Trailered Items:

Last, we want to remind you that trailered items, boats, recreational vehicles, and equipment are to be stored properly per your CC&Rs. Our CC&Rs require these items to be behind the fence line or stored off-site.

Thank you to all our residents for continuing to improve on your properties, management of recreational items, and vehicle storage. You make a difference!
