Ready For The Holidays?!
From Fall to Holidays, El Dorado County and Cameron Park come to life with family, friends, events, gatherings, local shopping, and much more. Cameron Park adds to these festivities with Holiday fun activities for families of all ages. Check in with our recreation department news for many of these attractions.
Ending the Summer and Fall Seasons
The season of fun in the sun is just about over. With that, the CC&R staff is noticing that recreational vehicles such as boats, jet skis, and most travel trailers are being put away into storage.
Please remember all trailered items require specific storage per your CC&Rs.
We have over 80 different CC&R neighborhoods, so please check your CC&Rs for proper storage requirements. If you need help reviewing your CC&RS or would like to improve your storage area to accommodate more trailered items, let us know. We can come out to your residence and provide an evaluation for possibly more storage areas.
Staff are happy to help with our Site Assistance program. This service will help residents plan their projects within the specific requirements of the CC&Rs, keeping your project safe from changes or removal due to non-compliance.
To schedule a Site Assistance meeting with our CC&R staff, please email our CC&R officer, Jim Mog, at arc@cameronpark.org.
Please let us know your address and the requested project you would like to start.
Our staff will meet you at your property on an appointment basis to review what can and cannot be done on your property.
Staff would also like to thank those residents who have stored their trailered items and materials per their CC&R requirements.
We wish you all the best as we enter the Holiday Season.
El Dorado Disposal is urging residents to properly dispose of batteries and battery-embedded items to prevent fire hazards. Batteries should never be placed in the trash or recycling; instead, tape the ends and place them in a designated battery bag. Disposal locations and hours are listed for Placerville, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills. Residents can also use the Waste Wizard tool or app to request battery bags and learn more about safe disposal practices.
