CC& R Office
Spring is in the Air!
With the new season, most residents will be working on home improvements.
The CC&R staff and ARC staff would like to help.
If you are planning an exterior project, please contact us. Our ARC staff will meet with you on site to help you plan. This will help you avoid violations or costly corrections. As the County continues to crack down on unpermitted structures, we want to help you by making sure you have your approvals with the CSD. Projects we can help you plan and require approval are Fences, Gates, Exterior Paint Color, Sheds, Patio Covers, Pools (above and below ground), Roofs, Solar, Exterior Renovations such as Siding or Room Extensions and Decks.
This is just naming the most common projects. Our website; www.cameronpark.org will have the ARC application and your CC&Rs under the CC&R tab on the home page.
Last, we want to remind you that trailered items, boats, recreational, vehicles and equipment are to be stored properly per your CC&Rs. Our CC&Rs require these items to be behind the fence line or stored off site.

El Dorado County Library
The Cameron Park Library will be closed to the public April 1st - April 13th as they are replacing their roof. Join them on Wednesday, April 17th at 3:00pm to kick off their new Chess Club! Check out Cameron Park Library's April Event Calendar and Chess Club Flyer below!
