Skate Park at Christa McAuliffe Park
The Skate Park at Christa McAuliffe Park is a favorite destination for skaters of all ages, offering a dedicated space to ride, practice skills, and connect with the local skate community. Open daily from 7:30 AM until dusk, the park provides a safe and welcoming environment for both beginners and experienced riders . Those interested in supporting the space can even volunteer - complete the Volunteer Application and we'll get you set up with a project or general upkeep of the park. Whether you’re dropping in for a quick session or spending the afternoon at the park, this community‑built space is designed for fun, movement, and outdoor energy.

Per Ordinance 2014.10.15 and effective immediately
- Bicycles are prohibited in the skate park
- Users must wear safety equipment including: helmet, elbow pads and knee pads
- No ramps, jumps or obstacles permitted
- Smoking, tobacco, drugs and alcohol are prohibited
- Animals are prohibited
- No amplified music or sound systems
- The District is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
- No glass containers
- No climbing on or over the fence
- Use of motorized scooters and other motorized vehicles is prohibited
- No skating or bicycling on curbs, fences, railings, walls, benches or tables
- Any graffiti, littering, or other property damage to the skate park may result in closure of the skate park
- All injuries are to be reported to the Cameron Park Community Services District at (530) 677-2231
