Residential - New Construction and/or Remodel- R3

The Single Family Dwelling Plot Plan Requirements are to assist the public in submitting single-family dwelling plot plan information to the Cameron Park Fire Department for review when seeking a buiilding permit from the County of El Dorado. 

For new construction or remodels, please submit the following:

•  Plan Review Application
• R3 Plot Plan Requirements Checklist
• Civil plot plan (in accordinance with the checklist) 

Email to cpfdprevention@cameronpark.org with your address or APN #, El Dorado County building permit # and project type in the subject line (ex: Subject: 2502 Country Club Dr, #######, Residential Remodel).

All plan application and supporting documents must be submitted digitally. 

Commercial/Multi-Family - New Construction, Tenant Improvement, Fire Flow Request and all other plan reviews

For new construction or tenant improvements, please submit  the following: 

•  Plan Review Application
• Applicable plans

Email to cpfdprevention@cameronpark.org with your address or APN #, El Dorado County building permit # and project type in the subject line (ex: Subject: 2502 Country Club Dr, #######, Commercial Tenant Improvements).

For fire flow requests, please submit the following:

• Plan Review Application
• Address & APN number
• Building square footage
• Building construction type
• Building sprinkler status
• Occupancy class
