 LEVEL LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Beginner Development An introductory version of tennis for children aged 6-8, aimed at developing their tennis skills. This format uses red felt balls, which bounce lower and move slower than standard tennis balls, making it easier for young players to learn and play. A typical Red Ball class, lasting one hour, includes a warm-up to build agility, coordination, and balance, followed by skill drills and fun games
Intermdiate For 7-10-year-olds starting to refine their technical mechanics. Players work on fundamental tennis skills such as serving, rallying, and volleying, while also developing their physical abilities, agility, and coordination.
Advanced For 9-14-year-olds who are able to maintain a consistent rally on a full court. Players will continue to refine their technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills, as well as sportsmanship and leadership skills. This two-hour clinic is an intense drilling session in which players will be pushed physically and athletically. This clinic is for players participating in some level of competitive tennis or beyond.
