Help Shape the Future of Cameron Park Lake

The Cameron Park Community Services District is seeking community input on proposed recreation improvements at Cameron Park Lake. Share your ideas, tell us which amenities matter most to you, and help inform the District's grant proposal.

 

Grant information:  The Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program (SPP)

This is the State Parks Project Proposition 4 Climate Change Resiliency Grant. The purpose of the grant is to fund projects in California that result in new recreation opportunities or a renovation/expansion of existing recreation opportunities. Eligible project items include recreation features (fields, playgrounds, pools, etc.) and their support structures (walkways, bathrooms, concessions, parking, landscape, and lighting, to name a few). 

 

The CSD is working on refining the scope of our grant proposal; the amenities we are currently looking at include:

  • New swimming facility (lagoon restoration)
  • Non-motorized boat launch
  • New playground
  • Renovation of tennis courts
  • Bathroom remodel and ADA upgrade
  • Concessions remodel
  • New landscape and lighting
  • Additional parking
