Join us for our NEW low impact, high fun deep water exercise class with our Water Fitness instructor Melanie! This class will include use of water weights, and body movements to improve stamina, strength, and mobility. Great for all skill levels. Must be comfortable in deeper water.
Starting June 6th, classes will be held Monday and Wednesday, 7pm-8pm and Friday, 9;30am-10;30am. Advanced registration is required, but choose the days you wish to attend. No long committment necessary!
