Community Members Needed for CC&R and Architectural Review Committees
We are recruiting community members to serve on two very important District Committees: Architectural Review and CC&R.
These committees have a direct impact on home values in Cameron Park by reviewing residential home improvements and new home construction, and supporting staff in educating residents about CC&R and obtaining compliance.
Architectural Review Committee meets weekly on Tuesday mornings and CC&R Committee meets monthly on the first Monday at 5:30pm. Meetings are typically an hour, and community members work together with staff to reach decisions.
If you’re interested in serving on these worthwhile Committees, please send an email to Jim Mog, CC&R Officer at jmog@cameronpark.org with the following information:
Name, address and contact information
Your background that would contribute to the Committee’s work
Why you are interested in serving on the committee
Please feel free to call Jim Mog, CC&R Officer or Jill Ritzman, General Manager, for more details at 530-677-2231.
Deadline for letters of interest is December 18, 2020
