Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health will meet with the choice of Tuesday mornings from 9am to 10am and/or thursday evenings from 7pm to 8pm at the CSD Community Center's Dance Room. Tai Chi can help balance your internal energy for a healthy mind, body and spirit. Classes are open to all levels.
