Start your day with intention or unwind into the evening with the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi. Join us on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings to harmonize your internal energy and support a healthy mind, body, and spirit. These classes are open to all levels, whether you’re brand‑new or have practiced for years.
With a focus on slow, mindful movement, Tai Chi helps improve balance, flexibility, and overall well‑being — a peaceful reset in the middle of a busy week.
Class Times (Ages 18+, Dance Room):
- Tuesdays: 7:45 AM – 8:45 AM & 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
- Thursdays: 7:45 AM – 8:45 AM & 7:00 PM– 8:15 PM
Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If enrollment is low, the CSD or instructor may cancel the session.
