Community News

CC&R and Architectural Office

The sun is out, it's time to get out and play!

We would like to wish you all a great Spring and Summer season.

Please stay safe and be responsible.

We want to remind you that all those toys will still need to be stored properly when taking them in and out for the season.

Covenants, Codes and Restrictions (CC&Rs): Most of your CC&Rs require “Any and All trailered items” to be stored off-site or behind the fence line where it is not visible to any roadways and does not impede on your neighbor's property. You may have those trailers out for staging before and after a trip, but they need to be put away if out longer than your CC&Rs allow.

If you wish to let us know that items may be out longer than two days, feel free to email us and let us know how long the trailer will be out. You can email us at ccr@cameronpark.org. It may help in keeping you from getting a legal notice to remove the item.

Landscape: For those of you in landscape districts, please get out and enjoy the sun with some regular front yard maintenance. Some neighborhoods, like Bar J Rance and Eastwood Park, for example, require regular maintenance.

Weeds: Weeds are on their way. It usually requires more than one pass to get those pesky weeds managed. Please keep those weeds managed to help out our Fire Department during inspections.

Architectural Review (ARC): Last, you may want to do some improvements on your property while the weather is good. Please contact our Architectural Review department to see if you are required to get a review. We will help you out and make sure that the beautiful new project is not in violation. An unapproved project may be subject to removal if not within your CC&R allowances. arc@cameronpark.org.

We look forward to a great summer season, and we appreciate your help in keeping Cameron Park a special place to live!

El Dorado Disposal

El Dorado Disposal is reminding residents to place recyclable materials free and loose in their recycle carts, not in plastic bags. A recent poster highlights that plastic bags, films, and items like snack wrappers and bubble wrap belong in the garbage, not recycling. The goal is to reduce contamination and improve the effectiveness of recycling programs in the community.

Don't put bags in recycle carts. Recyclables should be free and loose. Items like plastic bags go in the garbage. Contact El Dorado Disposal.
