CC&R and Architectural Office
CC&R: Trailered Items:
Summer Season Is Here! We hope your adventures are full of fun. With our play season upon us, we have one request.
Improperly stored trailered items are on the rise. Please remember, nearly all our neighborhoods’ CC&Rs require that your trailered items (Boats and the trailer, Cargo trailers, Recreation House trailers, Utility Trailers, etc.) are required to be stored off-site and, where neighborhoods allow, behind a fully screened fence line no higher than 7’. All fences require Cameron Park ARC approval if you plan to improve your storage area. We ask that to please be respectful of the neighborhood you live in and respect your neighbors by storing your trailered items properly per the rules of your neighborhood. Staging periods are allowed for a maximum of 72 hours and then must be off-site or stored properly.
Following these rules will help you avoid violations that remain on your residential record.
Architectural Review Committee:
The CSD is still requesting volunteers to be on our ARC review committee. This is a committee of our neighbors that SERVES to review new projects in the Cameron Park District. We do not review violations in this committee.
The ARC Committee meets every two weeks to review jobs. This meeting is at 8:30 AM on the CSD campus of Country Club Drive.. We appreciate our community and ask for our RESIDENTS' support in volunteering for this important committee to assist property improvements in our community.
El Dorado Disposal
El Dorado Disposal is urging residents to properly dispose of batteries and battery-embedded items to prevent fire hazards. Batteries should never be placed in the trash or recycling; instead, tape the ends and place them in a designated battery bag. Disposal locations and hours are listed for Placerville, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills. Residents can also use the Waste Wizard tool or app to request battery bags and learn more about safe disposal practices.
