The Parks and Recreation Committee has been in the process of developing a Park Improvement Plan, based on the findings from an Assessment of Community Needs and Existing Park Facilities in 2019. Throughout the course of creating this plan there have many steps designed to involve the community through public workshops and community surveys.
We are at another step in the process where we are soliciting the community to provide input into what they would like to see in place of the old Swimming Lagoon at Cameron Park Lake. We are really excited to bring this project to life with the input from our residents. We hope to see the water feature play structure open for Summer of 2022.
