Arts & Craft Corner
Come get crafty with your friends and neighbors at the Arts & Craft Corner! The 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, head to Classroom B at the Cameron Park Community Center, to make fun projects lead by our amazing instructor. Projects vary each week and they are great to make for yourself or gift to a friend! Class runs for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes bi-weekly.

Bring your friends for fun and laughs. Bingo will he held the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1-3P. $3 for 2 cards, $1 each additional card – 4 card limit. Dates: TBD

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.

Tai Chi for Health
Daily practice of Tai Chi can help reduce high blood pressure, strengthen internal organs, improve coordination, balance and flexibility. Learn the 30-stance short form as well as stretches and some Chi Kung. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
