Response to Questions Related to Request for Proposal for Emergency Services
Only one question was received by deadline of March 5, 2018.
It states; “Upon award and during the contract period, if the contractor chooses to assign different personnel to the project, the Contractor must submit their names and qualifications including information listed above to the Cameron Park Community Services District (CSD) for approval before they begin work.”
Is it the CSD’s intent that the Fire Department is required to get approval prior to or after assigning different personnel to work at the fire stations?
The intent of the statement is to insure that qualified, experienced personnel are placed into vacant positions. The CSD would also consider a proposer outlining their selection process for employees that would ensure a qualified, experienced individual is hired.
