ADULT YOGA
Be introduced to the basic poses, principles or movement and posture, ypga philosphy, relazation and brething techniques of lyengar Hatha Yoga. No previous experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing; bring a blanket and an empty stomach. Instructor Chrysan Dosh has been teaching yoga in the lyengar tradition for 5 years, it a graduate of the lyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco, and has attended classes at the lyengar's Yoga Institute in Pune, India.

Tuesday Mornings 9 am - 10:15 am
Residents $45 & Non residents $50
