LLAD Proposed Assessment Results. Three Cameron Park CSD landscaping and lighting districts are experiencing budget shortfalls.  Ballots were mailed out on September 1, 2011 asking property owners within these districts if they would support a new additional assessment to maintain their neighborhood landscaping at the current level.
